They follow routes along convenient locations all over Manhatten : 57th, 49th, 42nd, 34th, 23rd, and 14th Streets. Shuttles stop at all NYC bus stops along these routes. Just waive down the bus (like hailing down a cab) and hop on to reach your cruise.
